Posh Chalk Metallic Pastes; the difference between the smooth pastes and the textured pastes is the textured pastes have Swarovski crystals in the paste and give them texture, but they also shimmer as the crystals reflect light. The smooth paste have the greatest line of colors and the Metallic Pastes are listed as smooth or textured. The Smooth paste can be used as a wash or as a raised stencils, by adding heat ( a hair dryer or heat gun) and the paste will puff up. You can leave to dry at this point or while still warm press down with a painting knife. The Pastes are a water-based product.
